今回は毎日の発音ウォームアップとしてもおすすめの早口言葉(Tongue Twisters)を集めました。
レベル別に分けましたので、ぜひ挑戦してみてください。
はじめに:早口言葉は英語で…
早口言葉は英語で「Toungue Twister(s) /タンツイスター(タングツイスター)」と言います。
舌がツイストする(ねじれる)ようなイメージでToungue Twistersと覚えましょう。
早口言葉の練習方法
早口言葉の練習方法です。ステップを踏んで進めることで口が回るようになります。
① まずは単語ごとにゆっくりと
——ひとつひとつ発音を確認。出たらめにならないように。
② 徐々に速度をあげて発音
——言葉が詰まらない速度で徐々にスピードアップ。
③ 自分のできる限界の速度へ!
——友だちや家族と誰が速く言えるか勝負するのもおすすめ。

まずは初級編。短めの英語の早口言葉から発音してみましょう!

続いて中級編。/s/や/sh/の使い分け等、言いにくいフレーズが増えてきます。舌が回るでしょうか?

出来る限り早いスピードで言えることを目標に挑戦してみてください。
